  • When is the subscriptions gets shipped?
    We do all possible to ship all the subscriptions on between the 5th to 8th of the month. In the case that 5th is on a weekend or Holiday your subscription will be shipped in the next Business day.
  • How can I cancel my subscription?
    As a subscriber you're entitle to submit the Subscription Cancelation Form 15 Business days prior to the subscription renewal date. Learn more about cancelation policy here In order to cancel your subscription you'll need to fill out the cancelation form. 1. You'll need to Log In to your Account. 2. Under the profile Menu Click in PreCuts Quilt Box Settings. 3. Click in Cancel My Subscription. 4. Fulfill the Cancelation Form.   • How can I return or exchange my subscription box?
    Unfortunately, our subscription boxes are not refundable or exchangeable. We don't offer refunds, returns or exchanges in our subscription boxes, and we'll not accept returns without an RMA number. However, if your box gets lost by the postal services, we'll contact the United States Postal Services and initiate a recovery claim. If the recovery is not posible, we'll create a lost mail claim. Once the claim is declared as lost, we'll issue a new box at no additional cost.
  • Can I swap my subscription?
    Absolutely, once we release the fabric designer, you decide to swap your current box for a Modern or Classic subscription box, and you have until the 20th of the month to make this change. You can fill our the Swap form here or follow the instructions below. In order to Swap your subscription box you'll need to: 1. You'll need to Log In to your Account. 2. Under the profile Menu Click in PreCuts Quilt Box Settings. 3. Click in Swap My Subscription. 4. Fulfill the Swap My Subscription Form.
  • I have not receive my subscription box, What can I do?
    We ship our subscription box between the 5th to 8th of each month. If you don't see your box by the 15th of the month please fill the form Where is my Box? In order to Allocate your subscription you'll need to fill out the Where is my Box? form. 1. You'll need to Log In to your Account. 2. Under the profile Menu Click in PreCuts Quilt Box Settings. 3. Click in Where is my Box?. 4. Fulfill the Where is my Box?.
  • When will My Subscription renew?
    Your account will be charged on the same day that you signed up each month for as long as you continue your membership. This means that if you initially signed up on the 15th day of the month, your subscription will renew and your account will be charged on the 15th day of each subsequent month. This system allows for consistency in billing and ensures that you have uninterrupted access to our monthly PreCuts Quilt Box. If you have any questions or need to make changes to your subscription renewal date, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
  • What does my membership give me?
    Once registered, you will be receive the subscription you choose. We want to ensure that we are the right fit for you and that you are fully aware of the benefits you will receive as a member of PreCuts Quilt Box before you make a commitment. Once you become a member, your membership pricing gets locked in at the time of joining. If you cancel and then rejoin in the future, you will be subject to whatever price the membership is at that time. Please make note of the day of the month that your membership renews, as refunds are not granted once the payment has gone through.
  • May I purchase a subscription as gift?
    Yes, under the subscribe bottom you'll have the option to choose between Classic and Stash builder boxes. Choose the subscription best fit your need. Then you can purchase a box one time only and the price will be $68.95 with will include the shipping of the subscription.
